The General Atlantic-backed vacation rental market leader has selected Atlar for cash management and payments, natively integrated with NetSuite.

If you’ve booked a vacation rental through Airbnb, Vrbo, or Booking.com, there’s a good chance the property manager on the other side was running Hostaway. Founded in 2015, the company is the market leader in vacation rental software, with property managers in more than 90 countries on the platform.

Hostaway reached a $1 billion valuation in October 2025, a first for vacation rental software. That came off the back of a $365 million investment led by General Atlantic, 50%+ growth, and revenue that has increased more than 10x since 2023. G2 named it one of the 100 fastest-growing software companies globally in 2025.

Treasury across a 44-country operation

Hostaway runs NetSuite as its ERP and works with a growing number of banking partners across a 44-country operation. The finance team needed their banks connected to NetSuite, and a way to manage payments that didn’t involve stitching it together between portals.

Hostaway selected Atlar for cash management and payments, with a native NetSuite integration that connects bank data directly to their ERP. The team now has real-time visibility over balances and can execute, track, and reconcile payments from one platform.
