Planhat, the agentic customer platform, has selected Atlar for AI-native cash management and payments across its US, UK, and Swedish entities, integrated with NetSuite.
The customer platform behind Wiz and Nasdaq
More than 700 companies run their customer relationships on Planhat, including Wiz, Revolut, Harvey, Nasdaq, and Dropbox. Customer success and sales teams use it to manage their accounts, while AI agents take on the manual work in between, such as summarizing calls or flagging renewal risk. In 2025, Gartner named Planhat a Leader in its Magic Quadrant for Customer Success Management Platforms.
Founded in Stockholm in 2015, Planhat has since become a transatlantic business, with CEO and co-founder Kaveh Rostampor based in Los Angeles, a flagship office in London, and teams across North America and Europe.
A treasury setup to match a transatlantic company
Planhat's finance setup grew alongside the company, one piece at a time. Each new entity in the US, the UK, and Sweden came with its own bank, and a spend platform handled part of the payments. Vendor payment runs were prepared in NetSuite manually and often subject to key-person dependencies.
None of this is unusual for a company growing at pace on two continents, but it meant the group cash position was pieced together by hand from separate portals, and the team often waited on status updates for payments it was responsible for.
Now, Atlar will connect every account, and vendor payments will run from NetSuite to the bank through the Atlar SuiteApp, with approval rules the finance team sets itself. AI agents will take on the recurring work. The team can start from Atlar's preset workflows or build its own, using skills to capture how it likes things done, and every workflow checks against Planhat's treasury policy and waits for someone to sign off before anything moves.

What the team says
“A lot of finance software promises AI. What convinced me about Atlar is that the agents work from live connections to every bank we use, so what they put in front of the team is ready to act on. Getting payments back in-house was the other half, and the SuiteApp lets us do that without changing how we work in NetSuite.” — Erik Holm, CFO at Planhat
The first bank connections are due to go live before the end of the year, with Planhat's idle cash next on the list. Incidentally, we're Planhat customers too, and the two companies have arrived at much the same view of AI, with agents taking on the repetitive work around customers or cash and people keeping the final say.
Lovable, TradingView, Epidemic Sound, and Oyster are among the software companies running treasury across the US and Europe on Atlar. To see how Atlar could work for your team, book a demo or contact us.
