Qred Builds Its Treasury on Atlar
Qred, one of Europe's fastest-growing companies and a licensed bank for small businesses, has chosen Atlar to run cash, payments, reconciliation and debt in one place, with a native integration to Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
All in on small business
Qred started in 2015 on a simple conviction: small businesses create four out of five jobs, and they deserve financing that moves as fast as they do. So Qred built it, fast, automated, and designed around how those businesses actually work. Ten years on, it has backed more than 70,000 of them and contributed to 20 jobs a day being created.
In 2023, Qred earned a full banking license and added savings accounts to its business loans and credit cards for small businesses, with Germany the most recent stop on a map that now covers seven countries. Backing the expansion is Nordic Capital, one of Europe's leading financial-services investors, which has stood behind Qred since 2021.
The results are hard to argue with: revenue past SEK 1 billion a year, and a sixth appearance on the Financial Times' FT1000, a ranking most companies are lucky to make once.
From cash to the balance sheet
As a regulated bank, Qred carries debt on its own balance sheet and manages currency exposure across markets, with money moving through dozens of accounts every day. Keeping all of that under control across separate bank portals had become a real drag on the finance function.
Qred chose Atlar to bring cash, payments, and debt management into a single platform, connected to its ERP, Microsoft Dynamics. Atlar's AI agents take on the daily monitoring, cash positioning and payment reviews, and hand the team finished work to approve rather than assemble. Reconciliation and forecasting agents are next.
“As a bank, we have cash moving across a lot of accounts and markets every day, and we needed one place to see and control it with the right approvals. Atlar gives us that, connected to Business Central, and the daily monitoring now takes care of itself.” — Kristoffer Straume, CFO at Qred
We're proud to welcome Qred to Atlar, and to support a team that has spent ten years backing the small businesses that keep the economy moving.
