Reach Selects Atlar to Run Its 20+ Currency Treasury

Reach, the merchant of record for global sellers, has chosen Atlar's AI-native platform to manage its cash, payments, forecasting, and FX across its banks, payment providers, and NetSuite.

The name on the receipt in 200-plus markets

Selling into a new country is rarely as simple as shipping there. A local entity has to be the seller of record: registered for tax, liable for fraud and chargebacks, able to take payment in the local currency. Reach is that seller on the brand's behalf, opening up more than 200 markets a company has no presence in.

Brands plug Reach into the checkout and payment tools they already run, and let it handle the rest. That model supports over 130 checkout currencies, and Reach's gross merchandise volume grew 95 percent year over year in the fourth quarter of 2024, shortly before Primus Capital invested in the business in 2025.

A treasury that never sits still

Absorbing that much complexity for its merchants leaves Reach with plenty of its own to manage. Its own treasury holds cash across multiple banks and payment providers in more than 20 currencies, much of it in motion at any given moment as money comes in from shoppers and goes back out to merchants.

Reach has selected Atlar as an effective solution to a complex problem. Its banks and payment providers will connect directly, giving the team a single live view of cash on both sides of the flow. Payments will run from NetSuite through Atlar's SuiteApp, with reconciliation coming back the same way, matched by AI rather than by hand, and forecasting and FX exposure will run across the full currency book.

Further ahead, Atlar's AI agents will comb overnight activity and brief the team on the day's payments before anyone has logged into a single bank portal.

What the team says

“We move a lot of money in a lot of currencies, and we wanted a platform that could keep pace as we grow. What sold us was getting our banks and payment providers into one place, live, with the AI working off that data rather than bolted on after the fact. Atlar's connectivity was the strongest we saw across a thorough selection process.” — Oliver Phillips, Head of Treasury at Reach.

We're thrilled to welcome Reach to Atlar. A finance team managing so much complexity, on such a global scale, is one we can evidently learn from, and we're looking forward to building with them over the years to come.
